With anticipated plan changes and a desire to better educate employees about the comprehensive nature of its benefits package, Notre Dame asked us to help manage their benefits communications. The challenge was providing communications that would eliminate confusion about plan changes and simplify benefits explanations—all while increasing perception of the value of the university’s benefits package.
Our specialists—well versed in the complexities of employee benefits—worked with Notre Dame to deliver communication campaigns designed to engage its employees. Deploying proven marketing principles and eliminating jargon-laden language, we presented information about health plans, health savings accounts, wellness program and more in a simplified, easy-to-understand way. Together, we equipped employees to take action and make informed decisions during the annual open enrollment period.
