Benesch is an Am Law 200 business law firm with offices in Cleveland, Chicago, Columbus, New York City, San Francisco, Shanghai, and Wilmington. They offer comprehensive benefits in three key pillars: Health, Well-Being and Financial Wellness.
Partnering with Westcomm, Benesch aimed to better tell the story of their benefits with messaging that reflects the culture and value proposition of working at Benesch. The project entailed:
• Creating a new employer brand and messaging
• Designing a user-friendly benefits guide for open enrollment
• Updating the benefits website to reflect the new employer branding
• Providing a medical plan cost calculator
• Designing a beginning-of-the-year newsletter for employees
Our campaign implementation included:
Benefits Branding and Messaging: Developed a new employer branding strategy, with refined total rewards messaging that resonated with Benesch’s core values and culture.
New Benefits Guide: Meticulously designed to simplify complex information, making it easily digestible and user-friendly, empowering employees to make informed decisions about their benefits.
Website Development: Aligning with the new employer brand, Benesch’s benefits website underwent a comprehensive update. This not only involved aesthetic enhancements but also content revisions to ensure consistency in messaging, fostering a stronger connection with employees.
Medical Plan Cost Calculator: Recognizing the need for tools that assist in decision-making, a medical plan cost calculator was introduced. This tool was tailored to help employees understand and evaluate their medical plan options based on personal and financial considerations.
Beginning of the Year Newsletter: To kickstart the year on a high note, a newsletter was mailed to employees, focusing on key updates for the new year.
